Two Keys To Joy from Last Week

1. We must recognize that God is at work in us, through us, and around us.

2. We must remember that God will complete the good work that He started within us.

The third key to joy: We must recognize that we are not alone.

Philippians 1:7-8

    ⁷It is right for me to feel this way about all of you, since I have you in my heart; for whether I am in chains or defending and confirming the gospel, all of you share in God's grace with me. ⁸God can testify how I long for all of you with the affection of Christ Jesus.

Application Point

Paul decides to be joyful. We must also learn and choose to be joyful.

In Philippians 4:11, Paul tells us that he learned to be content regardless of the circumstances. We must also learn and choose to be joyful regardless of our circumstances.
