Visiting Gateway?

It’s fairly easy! We meet at Rachel Carson Middle School at 10:00 am every Sunday morning. Adults meet in the cafeteria, which is the first part of the building you see when you drive up.

Children

The children meet in other areas of the building at the same time. Our preschool children meet in various classrooms throughout the building. We convert these middle school classrooms into workable spaces each week by removing desks and inserting toys and whatever we need for a lesson that day. Our school age children meet in the gym for a high-energy time of fun and learning. The various classrooms and the gym are easy to find and there will be people to point the way. You should also know that the first Sunday of most months our school age children meet with the adults in the main worship service.

Youth

Our youth meet with us in the cafeteria most Sundays for the first part of our worship time. Then, they go to their own classroom for a time of teaching.

Worship

Our congregation spans a range of ages and backgrounds. Many of us have families with young kids, so we have lots of kids. And we are very casual in feel and style. Come as you are.

Each service lasts for about one hour and twenty minutes. We often begin with a time of singing. You can feel free to join in or just listen. Our singing time is followed by a sermon from our pastor as he relates the Bible to our everyday lives.
